Photos stay on your device
With your permission, TidyLens reads selected media or your library to group duplicates and similar photos and help you review screenshots and videos. Photos, videos, thumbnails and derived photo-analysis results are not uploaded to our servers for analysis or sent as advertising inputs. Local asset identifiers, dates, hashes and quality signals are stored in the app’s local index. You can revoke library access in system settings and clear local analysis in the app. Your system gallery controls originals, deletion and recovery.
Accounts, purchases and support
Free scanning and manual review do not require an account. Pro requires one. Supabase processes your sign-in email, user ID and authentication/session data. Resend delivers authentication emails and processes the recipient address and delivery status. Apple or Google handles payment information; RevenueCat and our account backend process user identifiers, purchase history and subscription status to validate and restore Pro access, prevent fraud and provide subscription reporting. We do not receive your full payment-card number. If you email support, we process your email and the information you choose to send.
Advertising and technical data
The Free version uses Google AdMob and its consent tools. When ads are requested, Google may process IP addresses (which can imply a general location), device/app identifiers, ad interactions and SDK diagnostic data for ads, measurement and fraud prevention. Applicable consent controls are shown in the app. Our app does not request precise location for cleaning photos or use photo contents for ad targeting. Pro removes in-app ads. Optional Firebase analytics/crash reporting is disabled in the current production configuration; this policy will be updated before introducing additional data uses.
This website uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting server may record IP addresses, requested paths, browser information and request times for delivery and security.
Providers and international processing
The primary Supabase project is hosted in Singapore. Email, advertising and store providers may process information in other countries according to their own terms and safeguards. Read: Supabase, Resend, RevenueCat, Google and Apple. We use service providers for the purposes described above and may disclose information where legally required.
Retention and deletion
The local index remains until cleared, invalidated by library changes or removed with app data. Account records remain while the account is active; request deletion using our deletion page. We delete associated account/profile data and request removal of the linked purchase-service profile, subject to records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. Store transaction records and provider backups/logs follow the relevant provider’s retention rules. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related disputes or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate removal from provider backups. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions or delete originals from your device.
Your choices and rights
You can manage photo permissions, advertising consent where available and subscriptions in the relevant app or store settings. Contact minhkhoa90@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to raise an objection or privacy concern. We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting. Rights and response deadlines depend on applicable law; you may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.
Children, security and updates
TidyLens is a general-purpose utility, not a service designed specifically for children. If you believe a child provided personal information without required authorization, contact us. Network services use encrypted connections; no security measure is absolute. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date; material new data uses will be communicated through the app where appropriate.
